Many parks:
Charge up to $35.00 for WiFi, (Which in many cases only works good near the office.) Many are now charging $30 a month for pets, (We think furry children should stay free,) and many parks charge a rate for Electric that is much more than they pay. We do not make ANY extra money on electric. Some are even charging a trash and or sewer charge. It all adds up.
Our guests would rather stay at our smaller park, and use the money you save, for restaurants, golf, shopping, and other recreation!
Class B, Campers, Pop-Ups, Very Small RVs, a Second Car, or guests without cars, MAY or May-Not be allowed on a case by case basis. We typically do not allow Motor Cycles, anything nonstandard, old, or in bad repair ( both RV or Automobiles.) Check with us in advance if you have any doubts, we are always willing to discuss it. All rates are for two people. Additional guests must be pre-approved and may substantially increase the rate.
Unused deposits, rents & fees are forfeited on reservations not started, & completed.
Discounts can’t be combined, & must be disclosed when the reservation is made.
